Originally from Lynnfield, Massachusetts, Domenic has a strong connection to the Boston area and is excited to return home to contribute to the local healthcare landscape. In 2019, he relocated to Miami, Florida, to pursue a degree in Marketing at the University of Miami, an experience that broadened his academic and professional outlook. During his time in Miami, Domenic developed a robust understanding of digital marketing, media relations, and strategic communication, gaining valuable insights into marketing practices across diverse industries. He graduated in May 2023, having honed his skills in both traditional and digital marketing strategies that can be applied to a variety of sectors, including healthcare.

Upon returning to Boston, Domenic eagerly joined Elmwood Healthcare, where his ability to think strategically and his enthusiasm for improving healthcare access quickly became apparent. Shortly after joining the team, he was offered the opportunity to transition to Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Centers, where he was appointed as the Assistant Executive Program Director. In this new role, Domenic has already begun making a meaningful impact by working closely with leadership to enhance program offerings and streamline operations, all while ensuring the highest standards of care and service for participants.

Domenic's passion for healthcare, combined with his strategic marketing expertise, positions him as a key player in driving Elmwood Healthcare's growth and success.
