Daryl Beecher, M.S., OTR/L, is a distinguished Occupational Therapist and a key leader at Elmwood Healthcare.

Mr. Beecher joined Elmwood Home Care of Rhode Island in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of clinical experience and a deep understanding of occupational therapy. His expertise quickly established him as a crucial component of the organization’s home care operations, and his exceptional performance and dedication led to his appointment as the Director of Rehabilitation Therapy Services in 2020.

In his role as Director of Rehabilitation Therapy Services, Mr. Beecher oversees the clinical and operational aspects of Elmwood Healthcare’s Home Care and Home Health Divisions across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. His responsibilities encompass the strategic management of rehabilitation therapy services, including the development and implementation of therapeutic programs, ensuring compliance with best practices, and leading a team of skilled therapists. His leadership is central to advancing the quality of rehabilitation services provided to patients and ensuring that the care delivered aligns with Elmwood Healthcare’s high standards.

Mr. Beecher’s career is marked by his impressive and expansive knowledge of occupational therapy, combined with his tenacity and dedication to enhancing patient care. He maintains certifications in LSVT BIG for Parkinson's disease as well as in manual lymphatic drainage.

In addition to his role in managing rehabilitation therapy services, Mr. Beecher is an active member of the Leadership Board for Elmwood Healthcare. His participation on the board allows him to contribute to the strategic direction of the organization, offering valuable insights and perspectives on improving patient care and operational efficiency.
